Bio Overview
Daniel Tokarz is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Tokarz works with clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, from contract disputes to real estate litigation. Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Benjamin S. Bucca, Jr. J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Daniel Tokarz is an associate in Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Little Falls office. As a member of the Litigation Department, he collaborates with attorneys from across the firm to help clients navigate the legal process, from initial case evaluation to settlement negotiations to trial and potential appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as a Judicial Clerk in the chambers of Honorable Benjamin S. Bucca, Jr. J.S.C., where he managed Judge Bucca’s Prerogative Writ, Civil Law Division, and Special Civil dockets. In this role, he gained broad exposure to diverse legal areas, including land use, municipal actions, adverse employment actions, commercial litigation, and more.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. While in law school, he worked at the Rutgers Housing Justice & Tenant Solidarity Clinic, where he represented tenants in landlord-tenant court, advocating for their rights and resolving disputes. Daniel also served as Associate Editor of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review.
In addition to his legal work, Daniel is a former junior hockey player and coaches a youth ice hockey team in his free time. He is also passionate about cycling, hiking, skiing, and outdoor recreational activities.
