Biography
Kevin M. Cuddihy is a member of the firm’s public and education law practice groups. He handles a variety of labor & employment, litigation and special education law matters on behalf of public entities including school boards, municipalities, administrators, and more.
Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Kevin worked as a social studies and special education teacher at Red Bank Middle School. Over time, he found that he wanted to make a bigger impact in education, so Kevin began attending law school while balancing teaching full-time and working as a law clerk for an employment and business law firm. During his clerkship, Kevin gained significant experience in handling labor-related claims involving the NJLAD, CEPA, and the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law.
Early in his legal career, Kevin interned with the Center for Social Justice with the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, his Masters in Education from Rutgers University Graduate School and his Bachelor of Science in History from Rutgers University.
