Graham K. Staton

Graham K. Staton, Counsel, is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Public Law and Litigation groups. He represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including OPRA defense, Federal and State Constitutional claims, and employment discrimination litigation. Graham is based in the firm’s Little Falls, New Jersey, office.

Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Graham was a litigation associate at a regional law firm, where he managed a broad spectrum of civil litigation, including matters related to employment law, municipal law, civil rights, and insurance coverage. Previously, Graham clerked for the Honorable Craig R. Harris, J.S.C. in Essex County. He also practiced law with the Rutgers Law Associates Fellowship Program, a general practice firm that serves low-to-moderate income clients.
