The Scarinci Hollenbeck Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group handles all aspects of insolvency law associated with federal bankruptcy matters.
We appear regularly in the federal bankruptcy courts in New Jersey, New York, and in other states. Our clients are the secured and unsecured creditors of debtors; the lessors of real or personal property; the employers, partners, or joint venturers of insolvents, and all other parties in interest who become enmeshed in bankruptcy proceedings.
Our clients include national and regional banks, other lending institutions, public entities, and both businesses and individuals. We also regularly work with out of state law firms whose clients become caught in New Jersey insolvencies.
Our Practice Chair, Joel R. Glucksman, is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and his expertise and reputation in the Bankruptcy Courts has led to his appointment as counsel for Chapter 11 trustees in numerous substantial bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Mr. Glucksman has been named to the “New Jersey Super Lawyers” list continuously since 2007. The list, published by Super Lawyers Magazine, is an annual listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 60 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
