Nicholas R. Wall

Nicholas R. Wall is an Associate at Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC, where he represents municipal and corporate clients in litigation and advisory matters. He advises public entities on land use, redevelopment, and compliance with state and federal regulations, and supports the firm’s public sector clients on the day-to-day legal questions that shape municipal operations.

Before focusing his practice on municipal clients, Nicholas represented hospitals, physicians, and health care systems in medical malpractice litigation, gaining substantive experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.

He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., in the Morris/Sussex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he gained experience handling all stages of civil litigation. Earlier in his career, Nicholas served as a legal extern and intern in state government, including positions with the New York Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force, the New York Department of State’s Utility Intervention Unit, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Nicholas is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2021 and his B.S. in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2016.
