Amanda M. Kronemeyer is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice. Her practice focuses on land use regulation before local zoning and planning boards, real estate litigation, affordable housing matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and condominium formation.
Amanda represents clients in presenting and objecting to land use applications, including matters involving “c” and “d” variances, commercial and multi-family development, zoning appeals, redevelopment, and affordable housing litigation. She drafts pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and appellate division briefs, and has experience handling discovery, document review, depositions, and subpoenas in connection with complex real estate and land use disputes.
Before joining the firm, Amanda spent several years in private practice representing purchasers, sellers, and developers across a broad range of land use, residential and commercial development, redevelopment, liquor license, and affordable housing matters. She also authored numerous client alerts and press releases covering New Jersey real estate, land use, and economic development topics.
Earlier in her career, Amanda gained experience through legal internships in property law, probate and estate administration, immigration removal proceedings, and transgender healthcare policy advocacy.
Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where she received a Merit Scholarship and was recognized on the Dean’s List. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hofstra University, where she graduated with Departmental Honors and was named Sophomore Woman of the Year.
