Bio Overview

Bryce S. Robins is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Mr. Robins handles a range of litigation, with a particular focus on the evolving legal landscape of emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Robins served as an Assistant District Attorney in both Rockland and Kings Counties. In Rockland County, he was selected to join the Special Investigations Unit, focusing on financial crimes, white-collar offenses, and matters involving cryptocurrency.

  • Bryce S. Robins is a member of the Litigation practice group at Scarinci Hollenbeck. Mr. Robins handles a range of litigation involving digital assets, financial matters, and regulatory enforcement, with a particular focus on the evolving legal landscape of emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.

    Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Robins served as an Assistant District Attorney in both Rockland and Kings Counties. In Rockland County, he prosecuted hundreds of cases, and presented numerous felony matters before the Grand Jury. He was selected to join the Special Investigations Unit, where he focused on financial and white-collar crimes, including matters involving cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. At the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Robins served in the Domestic Violence Bureau, working closely with law enforcement and survivors to prosecute sensitive and high-stakes cases.

    Mr. Robins earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. While at Fordham, he served as a staff member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review Journal and co-authored the publication Ensuring the Continuity of Congress through the Rule of Law Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University, graduating summa cum laude in three years, and was honored with the Joshua Evans III Prize for academic excellence.

    In addition to his legal work, Mr. Robins served on the Leonia Board of Education from 2017 to 2022, including four years as Board President. In that role, he led contract negotiations, directed the development of the district’s annual budget, and partnered with municipal leaders on several capital improvement initiatives.
