Since the beginning of her career, Ms. Dalia has maintained a focus on complex commercial litigation. She began with emphasis on representing lenders, creditors, receivers, and trustees in connection with insolvency. Ms. Dalia has since expanded her array of clientele to include pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and medical device manufacturers, security brokers and complex investment funds for architects, commercial landlords, contractors, designers, developers, and owners within the construction industry. Her vast array of experience in diverse areas of complex litigation and transactional matters allows her to confidently advise clients in many areas of law.

United States and International Jurisdictions- Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility – National Bank
Represented a national bank, as lender, on a $5 million syndicated revolving credit line for a New Jersey-based developer. The loan was secured by a first-position lien and assignment of rents, cross-collateralized by the borrower’s net operating income. - CMBS Loan – Senior Secured Lending
Represented a national bank as senior secured lender in structuring, documenting, and closing a multi-million-dollar CMBS loan secured by mortgage liens on land and a rental apartment development. - Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure – Private Investment Company
Represented a private investment company in the negotiation and execution of a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure conveyance involving a commercial property with environmental restrictions, following extensive six-month negotiations with borrower’s counsel. - Agricultural Financing – Bank Affiliate
Represented an affiliate of a national bank, as borrower, in the negotiation and closing of financing secured by three farmland parcels and all operational business assets. - Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Litigation
Defended pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutraceutical manufacturers in multi-district and coordinated complex litigation, including national cases involving Pain Pump, Reglan, Digitek, Ephedra, and Heparin. - Securities Litigation – Kingdom of Denmark
Represented multiple parties in multi-billion-dollar securities litigation against the Kingdom of Denmark.
