Patrick T. Conlon

Patrick T. Conlon is a member of the firm’s commercial real estate department.​​ Patrick routinely assists clients with the purchase and sale of properties, office and commercial leasing matters, as well as construction and financing.

Patrick prepares complex real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale, joint venture, loan and lease agreements, as well as other transaction documents across all asset classes. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was affiliated with a Parsippany, NJ law firm where he represented real estate developers, sellers, purchasers and borrowers in a wide variety of real estate and land use matters. He also served as a zoning and land use counsel to many of the largest development projects in Jersey City and Hudson County, presenting dozens of development and subdivision projects before a number of local planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, historic preservation commissions, and local community groups.

Patrick earned his J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law and undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
