Sarah A. Gober is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Education Law practice group, where she regularly represents school boards, municipalities, administrators and more in numerous matters relating to Labor & Employment. In addition to her years of experience handling all aspects of Labor & Employment law, Ms. Gober has experience in Litigation as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Ms. Gober has represented clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including unfair practice proceedings, union contract negotiations and all stages of the litigation process. Ms. Gober defended clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also handled matters relating to state and federal disability laws and wage-and-hour laws. Ms. Gober also has substantial experience representing board of education clients in a variety of areas including general education policy and administration as well as special education and tenure proceedings.
Ms. Gober earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University in Boston, MA, where she majored in Public Relations with a concentration in Political Science and minor in Modern Dance.
