Monica P. Schroeck has joined Scarinci Hollenbeck as Counsel with the firm’s environmental law practice team. Ms. Schroeck has extensive experience handling various environmental and land use issues, corporate transactions, as well as various environmental litigation matters on behalf of public and private entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schroeck was affiliated with Herold Law, P.A., where she counseled clients on site remediation, solid waste disposal, air compliance, due diligence and environmental and superfund litigation. In addition, she also counseled clients on Proposition 65 disclosures and operating a Cannabis cultivation facility. Before beginning her career as an attorney, Ms. Schroeck interned for the Environmental Protection Agency in Region II, concentrating on CERCLA issues.

Ms. Schroeck earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Engineering from Swarthmore College.
