Matthew I. Kane

Matthew I. “Matt” Kane devotes his practice to a wide range of real estate transactions, focusing on representing financial institutions and investors in both selling large portfolios of foreclosed properties and in workout/deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions.

Additionally, Mr. Kane handles the purchase and sale of single and multi-family properties as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of multi-million dollar commercial properties. He also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions as well as institutional lenders in commercial property transactions.
