Lena K. Kim is a member of the firm’s Government & Education law practice group where she focuses her practice on the representation of school boards, administrators, and more in various Labor & Employment and Litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lourdes I. Santiago, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage. During her clerkship, Ms. Kim worked on cases in the Family Division, primarily focusing on the Children in Court docket as well as matters involving domestic violence, adoption, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Ms. Kim also received mediation training and served as a Court-appointed mediator for matrimonial and non-dissolution matters. Ms. Kim regularly mediated disputes regarding child custody, parenting time, child support, and relocation.
Ms. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in New York, NY, where she majored in English & American Literature with a minor in East Asian Studies.
