Maryam Meseha, Counsel, is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation practice group. Ms. Meseha has a decade of experience handling a wide range of litigation matters in varying industries from inception to resolution. Ms. Meseha has extensive experience in the areas of Corporate Transactions and Business Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Security & Data Protection, Crisis & Risk Management, and Labor & Employment.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Meseha was affiliated with a law firm based out of Morristown, N.J. where she focused her practice on Commercial Litigation and Corporate Transactions & Business Law. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Meseha counseled clients on various employment, commercial, business and corporate transactional matters, including contract negotiations and employment investigations.
Ms. Meseha received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, N.Y. where she participated in the Securities Investor Rights Clinic and served on the Environmental Law Review. Ms. Meseha received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J., where she majored in Diplomacy and International Relations.
