Christopher A. Dzwilewski devotes his practice to residential and commercial real estate transactions, evictions, and landlord and tenant matters.

He represents multibillion-dollar financial institutions, including lenders and loan servicers with respect to post-foreclosure evictions.  He represents clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial and residential real estate.

In addition, Mr. Dzwilewski represents all forms of common interest communities, including condominiums, townhomes, and single-family detached homes.  He counsels associations on a wide variety of issues, such as rules enforcement, document interpretation, alternative dispute resolution, and local, state and federal rights and obligations.
