Lawrence M. Teijido is a member of the firm’s Public & Education law practice group, where he works with public clients on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
In addition, Mr. Teijido focuses his practice on labor and employment law, supporting various municipalities and school administrations in hearings, arbitrations, and labor negotiations. He also supports the practice group in the handling of all aspects of employee and student disciplinary hearings, and board issues including tenure, HIB, residency, and tuition.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Teijido served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Gregg A. Padovano in the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Division in Hackensack, NJ. There, he assisted the court in a wide variety of matters pertaining to civil litigation, such as drafting rulings on dispositive motions relating to numerous areas of law.
Mr. Teijido earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Teijido earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Psychology.
