Biography
Kevin M. Foltmer is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice group. Mr. Foltmer devotes his practice to representing administrators, businesses, executors, fiduciaries, and public entities in litigation in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Foltmer regularly provides advice on matters involving business torts, contractual disputes, estate litigation, government contracting, internal investigations, the obligations of managing members, officers, and directors, and professional liability.
Mr. Foltmer earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Notre Dame, Indiana. While in law school, Mr. Foltmer worked as a legal extern at Whirlpool Corporation. He also worked as a legal honors intern at the New York Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Mr. Foltmer served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Mr. Foltmer earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, where he majored in Economics and Political Science with a minor in History.
