Ivan Tukhtin, Esq. focuses his practice on various aspects of Intellectual Property ranging from registration of trademarks to the drafting, structuring and negotiating of contracts and licenses. Mr. Tukhtin also provides strategic insight to clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios and provides litigation support for IP disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
In addition to his Intellectual Property practice, Mr. Tukhtin has vast experience handling a myriad of matters relating to Commercial and Business Litigation, Labor & Employment with private and public entities and Cannabis Law. Mr. Tukhtin has counseled clients on numerous matters, including but not limited to, business formation, contract disputes and negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, the drafting of employment agreements and handbooks, and much more.
Ivan earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in New York, NY. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, with a minor in Russian.
