Jessica F. Gonzalez works with private and public sector clients on both state and federal labor and employment issues. She also has experience handling intellectual property matters, including but not limited to trademark registration and infringement issues.

Immediately before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Jessica was associated with a Union, New Jersey law firm where she prepared agreements such as privacy policies, website terms and conditions, corporate resolutions, as well as registering trademarks and copyrights. Jessica also has experience creating trade secret policies, non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality agreements for company’s ranging from start-up companies to large corporations.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, where she was a Student Attorney with the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. She was also Note Editor, Suffolk Journal of High Technology Law (2014-2016), and recipient of an Academic Trustee Scholarship. In addition, she was a Marshall Brennan Fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, where she taught constitutional law to high school students and coached a select group of students for the National MB Moot Court Competition. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University Questrom School of Business where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
