The use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become an increasingly popular means of resolving a wide variety of matters, to circumvent overcrowding in the courts, and to keep costs manageable. Scarinci Hollenbeck is committed to assisting parties in resolving their matters through ADR. We have the capacity to effectively function as ADR mediators with the goal of settling disputes while saving litigants time and money. Our team has mediated issues relating to business and contractual disputes, family law disputes, and other complex disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions.

Ira Kreizman, J.S.C. (Ret.) has helped resolve many cases involving complex commercial litigation using the mediation skills which were honed while on the Bench. He has successfully arbitrated commercial and family court matters. He has a statewide reputation as a fair, firm and effective mediator who has promptly and cost-effectively resolved complicated matters.
Ronald Lee Reisner J.S.C. (Ret.) is a former New Jersey Superior Court Judge assigned to Monmouth County. During his tenure on the bench, Judge Reisner served in the civil, family and criminal divisions. His years as a judge have given him expertise in alternate dispute resolution including both arbitration and mediation, with private and public sector clients. The vast experience of retired Judges Ira Kreizman and Ronald Lee Reisner can also be utilized to help manage complex litigation and/or to act as Special Discovery Masters.
