About Daniel T. McKillop
Daniel T. McKillop joined Scarinci Hollenbeck as Counsel in 2016, primarily handling environmental law matters. The following year, Mr. McKillop founded one of New Jersey’s first cannabis law practice groups and began counseling private entities regarding Federal, State and local cannabis law issues. He also began to speak extensively on panels covering a variety of developments in cannabis law. In recognition of his contributions and influence on the development of cannabis law in New Jersey, Mr. McKillop was named a 2018 Trailblazer in Cannabis Law by the National Law Journal. In 2021, Mr. McKillop was appointed by the NJSBA to serve on the organization’s Cannabis Law Committee. Most recently, Mr. McKillop helped create and now chairs the NJSBA’s Psychedelic Law Subcommittee.
