Scarinci Hollenbeck Reflects on a Successful 2025 NJSBA Workshop

The 2025 New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) Workshop brought together thousands of board members, administrators, and education professionals in Atlantic City for three days of learning, collaboration, and connection.

As long-time participants, Scarinci Hollenbeck was proud to once again take part in this annual event. Our attorneys joined education leaders from across the state to discuss the latest developments shaping New Jersey’s schools and to share insights drawn from decades of experience representing school boards, charter schools, and public entities.

Engaging with the Education Community

Throughout the week, attendees stopped by Booth #411 in the Partner Pavilion to meet our attorneys, ask questions, and exchange ideas on topics ranging from board governance and ethics to special education and negotiations. The conversations at our booth offered an opportunity to strengthen professional relationships, reconnect with long-time clients, and hear directly from those leading New Jersey’s districts.

Speaking Sessions

Our Education Law attorneys also presented a series of well-attended sessions throughout the Workshop, including:

• Addressing Legal Challenges in Special Education: Risks, Regulations and Rights – Presented by Kevin Cuddihy

Reflecting on the experience, Kevin Cuddihy shared:
