Levy, partner and chair of the firm’s Litigation Group, is one of only 38 attorneys in the State of New Jersey to have both Criminal Trial and Civil Trial Certifications. Recently recertified as a Criminal Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve through November 2018, Levy has also been certified in the Civil Trial area since 2005. Levy is among the most highly-regarded litigation and trial attorneys in New Jersey who has led the firm’s Litigation Group for more than 19 years as a certified Criminal Trial Attorney since the program’s inception in 1982.

Granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court, certified civil trial and criminal trial attorneys earn such designation by demonstrating superior levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil and criminal trial practices and by completing a rigorous approval process. According to the New Jersey Supreme Court, as of June 2012, approximately 1,600 attorneys hold Board certification out of roughly 72,000 active lawyers in New Jersey.
