On Thursday, January 25, 2024, Partner Scott H. Novak will be featured as a speaker during “The Corporate Transparency Act is Live!”, an NJ CLE webinar organized by the Bergen County Bar Association.
The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) impacts nearly all LLCs, partnerships, and small corporations. Notably, penalties for non-compliance are steep. The webinar will cover the CTA, actions to consider taking to avoid employee retention credit audits, and other recent developments. This webinar is recommended for attorneys who have or currently do work for small companies. Attendees are eligible for 2.0 NJ CLE credits.
