On November 15, Partner and Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Employee Benefits & ERISA practice group, Gary S. Young, will be featured in a CLE program entitled, “Plan Sponsor Attitudes – Trends in the 401(k) Marketplace”. The program, sponsored by Fidelity Investments and Businessolver, will feature a presentation by both Mr. Young and Gregory Schifko, VP and Regional Retirement Director at Fidelity Investments.
The presentation, which offers 1.5 hours of CLE or CPE credit, will include an overview of emerging financial and business risks stemming from potential ERISA plan operational errors as well as ways to best prepare for and manage those risks. It will also include a comprehensive look into the concerns of plan sponsors in today’s market, various industry trends, and much more. Participants in the program will also have the opportunity to compare the results of Fidelity’s recent survey with their own firm’s experiences and potentially identify any areas where changes to their firm’s current plan might be necessary.
