Donald Scarinci is the Founding Partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck.
We have some very good news.
We received our Federal Payroll Protection Act loan this weekend.
When I saw the money, I wanted to do a victory dance. But then I thought that even though we are bringing some people back to work today we are still leaving others behind for now and we are having to walk away from clients whose businesses are not as fortunate as ours to survive this.
I called Senator Cory Booker, Senator Bob Menendez, Senator Chuck Schumer and Senator Kristen Gillibrand to thank them on behalf of all 121 families whose jobs remain safe here at Scarinci Hollenbeck in New Jersey and in New York.
I told Bob Menendez, my closest friend since high school, that all of the personal pain he suffered because of politics over the years led to this moment when the federal funds he and his colleagues in congress fought to deliver really mattered to a lot of people. I told him about what many of you are suffering through right now and how you are getting through it and helping one another to help keep Scarinci Hollenbeck alive so that we can continue to fight for our clients and help make a difference to them.
