Pepe, or “Don” is a prominent figure in NJ’s real estate industry, especially in Hudson County, where he has spent several years actively involved in the redevelopment of Jersey City’s Gold Coast, including significant contributions in Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, and Fort Lee. Don devotes his practice to all aspects of complex real estate development and real estate transactional work with an emphasis on retail and residential development. In 2018, he was named “Dealmaker of the Year” in Real Estate by the NJ Law Journal. Don continues to be recognized throughout NJ for his work on some of the most significant projects in the state.

Donald Scarinci is the Founding Partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck who is well known for his work in Municipal Law, School Law, Business and Health Care law. He has represented some of the largest municipalities and counties in New Jersey, as well as numerous planning and zoning boards, economic development authorities, school boards, utility authorities, colleges, hospitals and other public entities at all levels of municipal, county, regional and state government. In addition, he writes and lectures extensively about Constitutional Law and edits the award-winning, Constitutional Law Reporter. He was also included on NJBIZ’s 2024 Power 100 list earlier this year.
