May 21, 2025 – Little Falls, NJ – Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC is proud to share that partner Ronald S. “Ron” Bienstock recently spoke at the 100th Bomb Group Biennial Reunion, held May 15-18, 2025, in New Orleans. The 100th Bombardment Group (Heavy) of the Eighth Air Force, also known as the “Bloody Hundredth,” was one of the most legendary units of World War II.
Ron’s late father, Irving Bienstock, served as a medic with the Eighth Air Force, treating injured 100th Bomb Group airmen as they returned from combat missions. Ron serves as pro bono legal counsel to the 100th Bomb Group Foundation, Inc. An influential entertainment attorney, Ron was also able to help facilitate the 100th Bomb Group’s story to be told in the hit television series, “Masters of the Air” – the Apple TV+ mini-series, produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, followed the group from its deployment in 1943 to the end of the war in 1945.
During the 2025 100th Reunion events, Ron participated in a historical program focused on the Nuremberg trials, including the work of Robert “Rosie” Rosenthal, who served in the 100th and later was a member of the prosecution team. Ron spoke about the legal framework behind the trials, and he wore Rosie’s original prosecutor’s badge from the trials in honor of Rosie. Along with Ron was Dr. Michael Bell, Chief Historian of the WWII museum, Kirk Saduski, producer of Masters of the Air, and Dan Rosenthal, son of Robert Rosenthal.
Ronald S. “Ron” Bienstock is Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Entertainment & Media practice groups. An accomplished corporate, entertainment, and intellectual property practitioner and musician, Ron represents high-profile clients across the entertainment and music industries with a focus on safeguarding their intellectual property rights.
