This program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce, and its businesses. The annual Best Places to Work in New Jersey list is comprised of 100 companies split into two groups: 70 small/medium-sized companies and 30 large-sized companies. Factors used to determine the top companies and final rankings included company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and an employee satisfaction survey.
