Lyndhurst, New Jersey– February 22, 2017– Scarinci Hollenbeck is proud to announce that it has been selected as one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ and the Best Companies Group. This program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce, and its businesses. Scarinci Hollenbeck ranks among the small/medium sized companies.
The annual Best Places to Work in New Jersey list is comprised of 100 companies split into two groups: 70 small/medium-sized companies and 30 large-sized companies. Factors used to determine the top companies and final rankings included company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and an employee satisfaction survey.
“We have made quality of life a core value at Scarinci Hollenbeck. It is good to see the people that work at the firm are happy and enjoy what they do,” said Donald Scarinci, founding partner.
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, Scarinci Hollenbeck offers its employees a variety of benefits including perks including flexible hours, frequent company-wide celebrations, access to volunteer activities that support the local environment, and a variety of programs that promote employee engagement. Scarinci Hollenbeck’s roster of attorneys and staff increased extensively during 2016, and the firm has plans to continue its expansion in 2017.
“A company is only as good as its people, so this award is a testament to our attorneys and staff. We understand that one of the best benefits we can provide is an environment where people look forward to coming to work,” said Russell Ascher, Scarinci Hollenbeck Executive Director. “We are honored to share this honor with some of the state’s most prestigious companies.”
