Pepe, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group, was recognized for being one of top real estate service providers in New Jersey. The significant and complex transaction required interplay between the former owners, the state, the hotel workers’ union, navigation of local tax laws, adherence to COVID severance regulations, and more.
