SH Attorney Selected for National Black Lawyers 40-Under-40 List

Congratulations to Jessica A. Faustin for Being Named to The National Black Lawyers 40-Under-40 List

Lyndhurst, NJ – September 5, 2019 – Jessica A. Faustin, a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation practice group, was recently named to the National Black Lawyers 40-Under-40 list for 2019. Selection is by invitation only following a multi-phase review process that includes peer nominations and third-party research. Ms. Faustin is being recognized for her prior involvement in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Department of Children and Families section in Hudson County, NJ as well as for her current role in Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation practice group.

Ms. Faustin joined the firm in June 2019. She primarily focuses her practice on the representation of administrators, businesses, executors, fiduciaries, and public entities in litigation in both federal and state courts throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Faustin provided legal services on behalf of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Department of Children and Families section in Hudson County, NJ. During her time there, Ms. Faustin regularly litigated child abuse and neglect cases.
