On Monday, November 18^th, 2019, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Law Group, Donald M. Pepe, will be moderating a panel entitled, “Mixed-Use & Retail”. The panel is a part of the 5th Annual Leadership Gathering organized by the Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment. Mr. Pepe, who has spoken at the Summit every year since 2015, will be featured among “hundreds of the region’s most enthusiastic leaders, innovators, visionaries and advocates” to discuss national trends, innovations, development, architecture, financing and workplace strategy as it relates to the emerging market in Jersey City, NJ.
