CIANJ Cannabis Panel

Daniel T. McKillop, Counsel and Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Cannabis Law practice group and Partner Ramon E. Rivera will be speaking on a panel entitled, “Legalizing Marijuana in New Jersey – What It Means to Your Business”. The panel, hosted by the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and the New Jersey Cannabis Industry Association (NJCIA), will be featuring several experts who will discuss what employers need to know as well as the potential employer concerns that may arise should a recreational use market for marijuana be legalized in New Jersey. This panel is being conducted at a key time as the state is seriously considering the legalization of recreational use and sale of marijuana under the guidance of Governor Phil Murphy’s administration. Therefore, it may be beneficial for employers to attend given the increased likelihood of its legalization and the myriad of concerns that may come with it.
