Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is proud to highlight Senior Associate Brittany P. Tarabour for her participation as a panelist in the Monmouth Vicinage Law Clerk Program, hosted on Wednesday, November 5 at the Monmouth County Courthouse in Freehold. The program was organized in collaboration with the New Jersey Courts and the Monmouth Bar Association.
The panel was designed to support current Monmouth Vicinage law clerks and interns as they explore post-clerkship career opportunities and prepare for the transition into practice. Discussion topics included practical job search strategies, resume development, interviewing, networking, and evaluating opportunities across both the public and private sectors.
As part of the program, Brittany shared her perspective on navigating the path from clerkship to practice and building a professional network early in one’s career. The law clerks also submitted questions in advance that reflected common considerations for new attorneys, including salary expectations, billable hour structures, job market timelines, negotiation approaches, and how to identify professional mentors.
Early feedback emphasized the value of hearing directly from practitioners:
Reflecting on her participation, Brittany shared:
“Grateful for the opportunity to speak with the 2025-2026 Monmouth County Superior Court law clerks about job searches and networking. Thank you to the Monmouth Bar Association for inviting me to share my insights on the panel.”
Scarinci Hollenbeck appreciates opportunities that support the professional development of future attorneys. We thank the Monmouth Vicinage, the New Jersey Courts, and the Monmouth Bar Association for hosting this valuable program and for inviting Brittany to contribute to the discussion.
Brittany P. Tarabour is a member of the firm’s public law department. Brittany is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including labor & employment, commercial litigation, criminal defense and workers compensation.
