Business Transactional Attorney Zemel to Spearhead Strategic Initiatives for Continued Growth and Innovation

Little Falls, NJ – February 21, 2025 – Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC is pleased to announce that Partner Fred D. Zemel has been named Chair of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee. In this role, Mr. Zemel will lead the committee in identifying, developing, and implementing mid- to long-range strategies. These strategies will drive the firm’s continued growth and success.

The Chair of Strategic Planning plays a vital role in analyzing the firm’s priorities, systems, and overall direction. The committee also keeps a close eye on market trends. By doing so, the committee ensures the firm remains efficient and responsive to clients’ needs. It also fosters a supportive workplace for its professionals. As Chair, Mr. Zemel will work closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and other key stakeholders to identify areas of focus. He will facilitate open communication among committee members and oversee the successful implementation of the committee’s goals. Under his leadership, the committee will focus on fostering innovation and improving processes. It will also align the firm’s strategies with its core values and goals.
