201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comLyndhurst, New Jersey, September 21, 2016 – Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce its further expansion with the addition of new associate Jason Mushnick to the firm’s Labor and Employment law group. Mr. Mushnick will work out of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Lyndhurst office. He will devote a significant portion of his practice to working with private and public sector clients on both state and federal labor and employment issues, and general business transactions and disputes.
Before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Jason was a Judicial Law Clerk for two Hudson County Superior Court, Civil Division Judges: The Hon. Joseph A. Turula, J.S.C. and former Scarinci Hollenbeck partner, the Hon. Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C.
Mr. Mushnick graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014, where he was a student bar association senator and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J. and the Hon. Lawrence M. Maron, J.S.C. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law and Entrepreneurship from Boston University School of Management in 2009.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.
