Little Falls, NJ – March 19, 2024 – Nathanya G. Simon has been named by ROI-NJ to the ROI Influencers: Women in Business list for 2024. Nathanya was recognized for her 40+ years of service to New Jersey’s special education community. Notably, this is the third year in a row that Nathanya has been included on the list.
Every year, the ROI Influencers: Women in Business list highlights accomplished women from various industries who have emerged as leaders or influencers in their fields. The list included over 200 women from New Jersey ranging from leaders of hospital systems and construction companies to casinos and nonprofit organizations.

She represents clients at identification meetings, evaluation determinations, Individualized Education Plan (“IEP”) meetings, mediation, Complaint Investigations, due process administrative hearings held at the Office of Administrative Law (“OAL”), and in litigation appealed into the Federal Court and State courts.
