On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, New Jersey Cannabis Law Attorney Daniel T. McKillop will be speaking in an NJBIZ panel discussion entitled, “Building Up NJ: The Business of Cannabis”. The event will feature Mr. McKillop alongside William J. Caruso, Esq. and CEO Ken Vandevrede of Hillview Med in a discussion exploring a myriad of topics relating to the cannabis industry, including an overview of the pending adult-use and medical cannabis bills, the current status of cannabis legislation and regulations, tax and insurance-related issues, ancillary market opportunities, the potential ramifications for employers, and much more. Breakfast will be available and attendees will have the opportunity to network prior to the beginning of the panel discussion.
