On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, Counsel and outgoing New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Environmental Law Section Chair Daniel T. McKillop will be moderating an Environmental Law panel as part of the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting program. The panel, entitled Hot Topics in Environmental Law: COVID-19, Commercial Real Estate and PFAS, will feature several New Jersey environmental law attorneys discussing a myriad of current issues impacting environmental law in NJ including compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic, environmental issues arising in real estate transactions, the impact of PFAS, and more.
