On November 16, Partner and Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Employee Benefits & ERISA practice group, Gary S. Young, will be presenting “ERISA: How to Identify and Fix Operational Errors” at an Advisor CE Seminar. The seminar, sponsored by Altigro Pension Services, Inc. and Empower Retirement, will be held at the Don Pepe Steakhouse in Pine Brook, NJ.
In addition to Mr. Young, the seminar will also feature Joan McDonagh, Senior National Regulatory Policy Director at Empower Retirement and Co-Author of “401(k) Answer Book”, who will be presenting “Retirement Plans – Washington Update”. Those in attendance will be offered 2 hours of CE credits and will be served lunch.
