Little Falls, NJ – March 14, 2023 – Donald M. Pepe, Partner & Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice, recently secured approval from the Bayonne, NJ Planning Board for Phase I of “NY Vue,” a high-end, mixed-use project located on the former military peninsula along the Hudson River. The project involves construction of the first of four towers rising 280’ above the podium, officially making it the tallest building in Bayonne. Mr. Pepe, recognized as one of the most influential real estate attorneys in NJ, represented the developer of NY Vue, Om Ganesh, LLC.

“I have been involved with this project from its inception.  I negotiated the purchase, redeveloper and PILOT agreements with the City, culminating in the recent board approval,” stated Mr. Pepe.  “I take a strong personal interest in every project I am involved with, but I take special pride in projects like “NY Vue” that are transformative. Nothing makes an otherwise awful trip down the Turnpike extension more pleasant than seeing a new addition to the New Jersey Skyline, knowing I helped make it happen.”

“We are excited to begin construction on NY Vue this Spring”, said Shaun Gupta, Managing Member of Om Ganesh.  “I have worked with Don on several projects over the course of a decade and can say without reservation that without his broad expertise, general familiarity with developments of this nature and solid advice, the project may not have been approved, and certainly not as quickly and advantageously.”

Background of NY Vue

NY Vue is an ambitious, mixed-use development project located at the intersection of Chosin Few Way and 40th Street, overlooking the Hudson River. Spanning 155,000 square feet, the complex will include 281 residential units, 565 parking spaces and three separate retail spaces. Residents of the future development will enjoy a wide variety of luxury amenities including a pool, lounge, gym, kitchen and bar, basketball court, golf simulator room, a spa, dog park, and more. Construction is expected to begin Spring 2023.
