Angela Turiano

Angela is Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation Department, overseeing both its New York and New Jersey litigation teams. Since joining the firm in 2024, Angela has made significant contributions to the firm’s litigation practice, culminating in her key leadership role.

Angela primarily focuses on securities, regulatory, and employment litigation, representing financial institutions, their representatives, and advisors in customer disputes, employment arbitrations, and regulatory inquiries. Her career spans both private practice and in-house counsel roles at major securities firms. A practiced trial and arbitration lawyer, she has appeared in New York federal and state courts and before FINRA and other regulatory organizations. Prior to entering private practice, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, successfully prosecuting numerous felony cases.

Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller, Partner in Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC’s New York office, has been selected for inclusion in New York Metro Super Lawyers in the areas of real estate and business litigation for the past five years.

He has more than two decades of experience in both real estate and business litigation. He frequently handles high-stakes commercial disputes, including land use, construction defects, trademark infringement, partnership and governance issues, condominium and co-op board conflicts, and contract disputes in real estate and commercial contexts. On the transactional side, he advises and represents clients, including buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords, banks, and market participants.
