201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comRed Bank, NJ – September 3, 2019 – Ashley Brinn, a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Business Law Section and Commercial Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use practice groups, has been elevated to Senior Associate. Based out of the firm’s Red Bank, NJ office, Ms. Brinn has been practicing with the firm since 2018, working in collaboration with Partners Donald M. Pepe and Patrick J. McNamara in various matters including land purchase negotiations and acquisitions, commercial real estate redevelopment, land use approval, and much more.
“This past year has been marked by tremendous personal and professional growth. I never anticipated that I would end up expanding my practice as I have and I am pleased with the trajectory my career has taken,” stated Ms. Brinn. “I look forward to what the next year brings and to continue growing with the firm.”
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brinn primarily focused her practice on Corporate, Regulatory & Compliance Law in the gaming industry. She has represented and advised multinational, publicly-traded corporations and gaming equipment companies in numerous matters in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
“It is no exaggeration to say that Ms. Brinn has become a valuable asset to our team here in Red Bank. We would not have been able to accomplish nearly as much as we have without her support and unwavering dedication to developing her practice over the past year,” remarked Donald M. Pepe, Partner & Chair of the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Business Law practice group.
Led by Partners Donald M. Pepe and Patrick J. McNamara, Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Red Bank, NJ practice has established a distinguished prominence in the Monmouth County area. Most notably, the firm has played a role in the redevelopment of Long Branch, New Jersey’s Pier Village as well as the redevelopment of the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, NJ. Last year, Mr. Pepe was named Dealmaker of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal for his involvement in numerous Commercial Real Estate projects in and beyond the Monmouth County area. Some of Mr. Pepe’s notable projects include the development of various properties along the Gold Coast, including several high-rise projects, a project that will bring a light rail station to the Jersey Avenue Area, and the creation of the Exchange Place Alliance Waterfront Special Improvement District. Mr. Pepe also serves as outside counsel for Walmart.
