Little Falls, NJ – November 15, 2023 – The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey (HBA-NJ) honored Membership Secretary Arianna Mouré with el Corazon del HBA-NJ Award for her outstanding dedication and unwavering service to the organization. Albertina “Abby” Webb, the immediate Past-President of the HBA-NJ, presented Arianna with the award during the organization’s 44th Annual Installation & Swearing-In Ceremony of the 2023 – 2024 Officers and Trustees held earlier this month.
When asked what motivates her to remain dedicated to serving the HBA-NJ, Arianna replied, “It is my passion to further the mission of HBA-NJ, so I truly consider it a duty and privilege to pay it forward for all that the organization and past-presidents, like Abby Webb, have imparted on me.”
Arianna has served on the Board of Trustees of HBA-NJ since 2015, was elevated to the Executive Board as Press Secretary in 2021 and then to Membership Secretary in 2022. She enjoys taking an active role in recruitment efforts, numerous committees, and has co-chaired the HBA-NJ’s Annual Sun, Surf, & Seminars Conference the last two years, in Barcelona, Spain then San Juan, Puerto Rico, respectively. Earlier this year, Scarinci Hollenbeck was named “2023 Law Firm of the Year” by the HBA-NJ as well.

Ms. Mouré regularly counsels employers, both public and private, on various workplace issues related to the hiring, accommodation, discipline and termination of employees, family and medical leave, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation laws. She also advises on, and drafts, employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, confidentiality, employment and separation agreements and restrictive covenants.
