Fernando M. Pinguelo Panelist At The December Year-End CLE Seminar
Fernando Pinguelo, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner and Chair of the firm’s Cyber Security & Data Protection and eDiscovery groups will be among the panelist at a special December Year-End CLE Seminar sponsored by the New Jersey Law Journal to be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015. Together with his co-presenter, Trent Walton of U.S. Legal Support, he will lead a session titled eDiscovery Update: New Federal Amendments & Search Strategies. This informative presentation will include an overview of the new eDiscovery Federal Rule Amendments that took effect December 1, 2015, including the intended purpose behind the changes, and keyword search strategies that offer effective techniques to locate documents critical to the success of a case in the context of big data.
Other topics to be discussed at the December 5, 2015 event will include Tips & Tools to Avoid Ethical Traps, Perils and Pitfalls of Business and Trust Accounting and Employment Law.
