Lyndhurst, NJ, April 23, 2013 – Attorney Anthony R. Caruso, Esq., partner and chair of the Sports & Entertainment Law Group of Scarinci Hollenbeck LLC, has announced his newest reality TV deal negotiation. Anthony Mongiello, known as “The Big Cheese,” has just signed with Leftfield Pictures in New York City for the exploration and production of a new reality TV show. “We just completed the various entertainment contracts, and it is a very good deal for our client”, says Caruso. “Everyone is thrilled”.

Mr. Mongiello, who has appeared in the media previously for his simplistic yet effective cooking procedures, is very excited about this new opportunity. “Tony Caruso did an excellent job in negotiating the various different network production and entertainment agreements and releases. I am very happy and eager to start filming”, explains Mongiello. Mongiello is the President and CEO of the Mongiello Italian Cheese Specialties LLC, one of the largest cheese manufacturers that sell its products worldwide through various distribution channels. The proposed show will be based on Mongiello, his family and employees, and will chronicle the exciting and always humorous adventures surrounding their daily lives.
