Mr. Young is being recognized for the time he takes in helping groom the next generation of practicing attorneys. From assisting young attorneys in closing deals to offering insight where needed, Gary truly embodies what it is to be a mentor. Gary also established the firm’s Marketing Inn of Court. This program has become an educational resource and valuable asset within the firm for what it offers to our practice groups and the personal development of our attorneys.
“I am humbled by the recognition afforded to me by the NJ Law Journal. One of my long-term goals, after 40 years of rich and varied experience practicing law, has been to pass a lifetime of know-how and experiential wisdom to the next generation. Receiving this honor serves as a validation of my commitment to my younger colleagues and why I remain committed to being an effective and caring mentor,” said Mr. Young.
The winners will be profiled in the New Jersey Law Journal’s upcoming Professional Excellence magazines and honored June 21, 2018 at the Professional Excellence Event at Brookdale Country Club in Florham Park, NJ.
