Lyndhurst, New Jersey, August 11, 2016 – Scarinci Hollenbeck proudly announces its receipt of the SmartCEO New Jersey Corporate Culture Award. SmartCEO is a digital media company whose flagship publication SmartCEO Magazine reaches nearly 50,000 growth-oriented CEOs in the region. The Corporate Culture Awards program honors companies that foster a creative, collaborative, workplace culture to enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage. The award is given to corporate leaders who understand that a positive corporate culture is a company’s greatest asset, driving performance and growth.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Russell Ascher, Scarinci Hollenbeck strives to provide a positive, corporate culture. Said Ascher, “Although we are a law firm, we have more of a corporate culture than a traditional ‘old school’ law firm setting. We understand that one of the best benefits we can provide to our employees is to create an environment at the firm where our employees feel connected to the firm and look forward to coming to work each day.”

“A successful culture is actively and intentionally cultivated,” noted Donald Scarinci, the firm’s founding partner. “This award is a testament to Russ’s hard work in emphasizing the importance of a good company culture,” he continued.
Scarinci Hollenbeck earned the honor due to several key facets of its culture, which together create the overall office atmosphere, including the frequent firm gatherings to foster a team culture, the annual Festivus Party and Halloween Party, the Random Acts of Kindness Day, as well as the firm’s periodic “state of the firm” luncheons, which are designed to keep everyone – from partners to support staff – in the loop about firm developments.
Scarinci Hollenbeck will be profiled in the November/December edition of SmartCEO and will be honored at a high-energy awards event on November 1, 2016.
