National Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Leadership Summit to Feature Thomas H. Herndon, Jr.

New York, NY – July 13, 2023 – On Monday, July 31, 2023, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation section, Thomas H. Herndon, Jr. will be featured as a panelist during the National Bar Association’s annual Corporate Counsel Leadership Summit (CCLS) in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Herndon will speak on a panel entitled, “Law Firm Leadership and Practice Management: The Balancing Act of Leading and Practicing at a High Level”.

“I am looking forward to speaking on this panel,” stated Mr. Herndon, Jr. “Building relationships and originating business is an indispensable and integral part of practicing law. I am grateful for the opportunity to speak on such a critical subject that can propel the trajectory of an attorney’s career.” 

The Corporate Counsel Leadership Summit (CCLS) is a one-day summit discussing a myriad of issues facing the office of the general counsel identified by legal professionals. The panel will discuss the benefits of leading as well as the difficult decisions made in the past.  The panel will also share their perspective on how they incorporate DEI principles or goals as they lead.
