Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner to Speak at LSRPA Program

Lyndhurst, NJ – May 13, 2016 – John M. Scagnelli, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner and Chair of the firm’s Environmental and Land Use Group, will be speaking at a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA) Program. The program, entitled “Converting Contaminated Properties in your Municipality into Assets,” will be held at the Hatch Mott MacDonald Training Facility on June 28, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.  Mr. Scagnelli will discuss issues relating to the redevelopment of municipally owned contaminated sites and related issues regarding the Site Remediation and Reform Act (SRRA). Additional sponsors of the program are: Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE), NJIT, Rutgers, The Center for Creative Land Recycling, ANJEC, and Sustainable Jersey.
